Cancellation Policy
At Shes Entitled, the following policies are in place:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the service total and may be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to your appointment. Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and a fee may apply.
